March 5-7, 2021: 3rd Annual Winnipeg Crankie Festival

Home Routes, with the support of Crescent Arts Centre and Crescent Fort Rouge United Church, is thrilled to present the 2021 Winnipeg Crankie Festival FREE, streaming online, over the weekend of Mar 5-7, 2021. Streaming on Facebook and YouTube. the festival  we have assembled an incomparable lineup, featuring local and international acts. Designed as an interactive and participatory online festival, participants will be able to personally engage with the music, art, workshops, and fellowship within our community.

Proudly presented by Home Routes - The Mavens' Rendezvous - featuring Lynn Miles, Susan Crowe & Shari Ulrich. The audience will hear great, honest, wise songs from these three award winning songwriters whose easy friendship endures - because they haven’t been in the same room together for a year!

Thursday, April 1, 2021 7pm CT / 8pm ET:      Corin Raymond

Proudly presented by Home Routes: Your Next Haircut with Corin Raymond. Live from Hamilton, ON, this will be Corin’s first solo performance since all our screens turned into stages. The April 1st show will be followed by two others: May 13th and June 24th. With roughly six weeks between them, your upcoming Corin Raymond-fix will sneak up like your next haircut. Full disclosure: Corin doesn’t know a blessed thing about cutting hair, but he does know how to sing melancholic ballads that can turn sorrows into celebrations and leave you feeling like you just watched Charlie Chaplin roller skating at the edge of the world.

We are excited to offer three ticketing options: a standard ticket price, a “pay a little less”  ticket option (with students and others on a fixed income in mind), or a “pay a little more” option for anyone wanting to support the performer and Home Routes by paying an amount above the standard ticket price. 

Ticketed shows will be hosted ‌on ‌ZOOM,‌ ‌behind a secure and safe paywall created exclusively for Home Routes by leading web developer, WAVELENGTH MEDIA‌.‌ ‌

All ages are welcome, tickets are one per email address/per device. Ticket purchasers will receive an immediate email confirmation upon purchasing. Show link to join will be emailed 24 hours prior to show start. All tickets are plus GST. Tickets are non-refundable.
