Matt Epp
International touring artist and award-winning songwriter Matt Epp is the quintessential troubadour of the Canadian prairies, who has won the admiration of an audience that spans the globe. A stark and confessional songwriter endowed with an infinite capacity to engage an audience, Epp’s performances encourage a sense of connection and community, where every listener leaves as a friend. He is one of the gifted forerunners defining the future landscape of Canadian music – no doubt contributing to his Grand Prize win at the International Songwriting Competition in 2017.

JD Crosstown
JD Crosstown is a humble yet talented musician whose songwriting speaks volumes. Hailing from Neyaashiinigmiing, the Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation in Ontario, JD’s Cree and Ojibwe heritage deeply influences his music. Inspired by his father and uncle, he began playing guitar at nine, with folk legends like The Band and Bob Dylan shaping his style. Despite launching his music career during the pandemic, JD persevered and found his footing on stage. His partnership with Matt Epp quickly led to touring together, marking the start of his “full steam ahead” journey in the music scene.
