Canada’s Pioneering Folk & Roots Concert Touring Network Release their Full Lineup of Artists for 2024/25 Season

Home Routes/Chemin Chez Nous, Canada’s pioneering community concert network, is thrilled to announce the launch of its 17th season, kicking off in October 2024. With an exciting lineup of talented artists from across the country and around the globe, this season promises to bring exceptional live music experiences to intimate venues and homes across five Canadian provinces.

For nearly two decades, Home Routes has been at the forefront of connecting artists and audiences through its innovative house concert model, fostering community engagement, cultural exchange, and grassroots support for independent musicians. This season is no exception, as Home Routes continues to deliver diverse performances in small, intimate settings, where audiences and artists can connect on a deeper level.

“After 16 incredible seasons, we’re more excited than ever to keep bringing people together through the power of live music,” said Leonard Podolak, Co Artistic/Executive Director of Home Routes/Chemin Chez Nous. “Home Routes concerts offer a unique way to experience performances up close and personal, and we’re proud to continue fostering meaningful connections between artists and communities.”

Highlights of Season 17 include:

  • From folk and blues to world music and jazz, the artist roster for Season 17 includes both established performers and emerging talents, offering a range of musical styles for every taste.
  • Artists will embark on multiple tours across rural and urban communities, giving music lovers in regions often underserved by live performances the chance to experience world-class talent right in their own backyards.
  • Each concert brings communities together, offering attendees the opportunity to meet their neighbours, discover new music, and support local hosts who open their homes and community spaces to make these intimate events possible.
